Welcome to Camber Property Management, located in Missoula, Montana. We’re a small, family-run company founded in 2020 by Cale and Sarah Will. Although only founded recently Cale and Sarah have nearly 20 years experience managing multifamily properties and have owned rental properties for over 15 years.
Our focus is on renovating and managing older properties in prime locations, providing quality housing that residents take pride in. We don’t do third-party management, prioritizing our properties, residents, and partners.
We are lucky and proud to be able to call Missoula our home. We greatly value our community and all that the Missoula area offers, from hiking, rafting and fishing in the summer to downhill and cross-country skiing in the winter. We truly believe Missoula is the best place in the world to call home.
